Heart Shaped Brass Dog Tag - Cursive

I bought a heart-shaped dog tag for my friend in Germany (I live in the Netherlands). She recently lost her old dog and was thinking of getting a new one. Unfortunately, the tag never arrived at her address. I purchased it on 18 August, today is 21 Sep. I received a track and trace number, but it only shows that the item is still at the logistics center in Germany. I’ve sent two emails to Nugget Nielsen but haven’t received any reply. Very disappointed :-(

Die Hundemarke ist wunderschön! Ich war sehr von der Qualität überrascht, da sie um einiges massiver ist als andere Marken! Die Marke ist sehr hochwertig und die Gravur auch. Die Schrift ist sehr gut zu lesen! Sind sehr glücklich mit der Marke:) Darüber hinaus kam sie in einem wunderschönen Täschchen, sehr liebevoll, geliefert.

Ich bin total zufrieden und glücklich mit der Marke. Ich hatte erst eine woanders über Etsy bestellt, dort wird aber fast überall nur eingehämmert statt vernünftig graviert. So beult sich die Telefonnummer von der Rückseite auf die Vorderseite durch. Ich habe dann Nugget Nielsen entdeckt und einen 2. Versuch gestartet. Nun bin ich wirklich zufrieden :-) Vielen Dank!
